She has authored articles on success and how to lead change and is the co-author of the book, The Influence Effect: A New Path to Power for Women Leaders (Berrett-Keohler Publishers, 2017).

 

Diana is a sought-after keynote speaker on business leadership topics such as political savvy, strategic planning, brand, personal power, authentic leadership, and influence.

 

As a cancer survivor, she offers a unique perspective on the topics of resilience and well-being.

 

In this talk, we discussed the verbal and physical components of confidence, the challenges of being an "am-bitch-ous" woman, the importance of mentorship and sponsorship and the need to make time for networking.

 

Diana also detailed the power of reflection and how the approach of "Dream Big, Aim Higher" is (ironically) the most realistic way to achieve our goals.
