Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, has their own mountain of misbeliefs where each of their fears (some founded—but most not) reside.

When you work with me, we climb to those summits together, and address each one so we can progress forward to the next peak. Whether I am working with you one-on-one or in a group setting, I follow the same process.

The EP Process
DISCOVER
In the Discovery process, we will conduct a detailed review of where you have been
and where you are now.
By examining the full scope of your life experiences,
we will reveal both your core strengths and unique skillset. We will begin to see
the golden threads that
run throughout your life -
the themes that tie all those seemingly unrelated
experiences together
into a beautiful,
very valuable whole.
